The Court notifies Plaintiff that her purported Complaint, which she titles as an "Affidavit of Truth," fails to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Plaintiff is therefore ordered to pay the full filing fee of $ 405.00 and to file an Amended Complaint that contains at least one viable legal claim against the defendant within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. The Court further advises Plaintiff that payment in full of the filing fee is required before the Court will consider any amended pleading.
