ORDER granting 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(d), the court will issue and serve all process. If Plaintiff intends to have the court effectuate service, Plaintiff or counsel must complete and return to the Clerks Office, via hand-delivery, mail or email, a summons (form AO 440) and Service of Process form (form USM 285) for each defendant, see DUCivR 3- 2(c)(2)(A)(i), available on the courts website: https://www.utd.uscourts.gov/usdc-forms by December 6, 2024. Upon receipt, the Clerks Office must issue the summonses and send a service pack for each Defendant to the United States Marshals Service for service of process. If Plaintiff elects to pursue service without court assistance, counsel may submit summonses to the Clerks Office without a Service of Process. Upon receipt, the Clerks Office must issue the summonses. Plaintiff must properly serve the Defendants or move for an extension within ninety days from the date the complaint was filed, as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m).
