69 69 appeal USCA Order Fri 03/07 4:42 PM
ORDER of USCA. Order that Aisha Bradley appeals from the District Court's December 13, 2024 orders remanding her cases in E.D. Pa. Civ. No. 2-24-cv-06054, -06155, and -06156 to the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c). We have appellate jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291, see 28 U.S.C. § 1447(d); BP P.L.C. v. Mayor & City Council of Balt., 141 S. Ct. 1532, 1538 (2021), and we exercise plenary review over the District Court's remand decisions, see Lazorko v. Pa. Hosp., 237 F.3d 242, 247 (3d Cir. 2000). Because this appeal does not present a substantial question, we summarily affirm the District Courts December 13, 2024 decisions. See 3d Cir. I.O.P. 10.6. We conclude, for substantially the reasons provided by the District Court, that Bradley did not advance a facially permissible theory of removal under 28 U.S.C. § 1447(a), § 1442(a), or § 1443(1) or (2). We see no error in the District Court's November 21, 2024 orders in E.D. Pa. Civ. No. 2-24-cv-06054, -06155, and -06156 revoking Bradley's privilege to use the District Court's Electronic Document Submission Tool. Bradley's outstanding motions are denied.(fdc)
