Before the court is Plaintiff's motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction (ECF No. 15 ) as well as Defendant's response in opposition to the motion (ECF No. 17 ). Plaintiff contends that this court lacks jurisdiction because Defendant failed to meet the requirements for removal and incorporates the same arguments set forth in Plaintiff's motion to remand (ECF No. 11 ) which the court denied (ECF No. 19 ). As Plaintiff raises the same arguments set forth in the original motion to remand, the court declines to grind the same corn twice. Thus, for the reasons set forth in the court's order (ECF No. 19 ) denying the motion to remand, the court hereby DENIES Plaintiff's motion to dismiss (ECF No. 15 ). IT IS SO ORDERED.
