PAPERLESS ORDER: The Defendant removed this case based on diversity of citizenship. See ECF No. 1 at 2. The Defendant is a limited partnership whose two partners are WSE Management, LLC and WSE Investment, LLC. Id. at 3. Both LLCs' sole member is Wal-Mart Stores LLC. Id. The Defendant, however, does not properly plead the citizenship of Wal-Mart Stores LLC because the Defendant does not plead the citizenship of each member of Wal-Mart Stores LLC. See Rolling Greens MHP, L.P. v. Comcast SCH Holdings L.L.C., 374 F.3d 1020, 1022 (11th Cir. 2004) ("[A] party must list the citizenships of all the members of the limited liability company... to sufficiently allege [its] citizenship[.]"). Therefore, the Defendant is ordered to file a statement listing the citizenship of each member of Wal-Mart Stores LLC by Monday, December 16, 2024.
