![]() TRANSFER ORDER: This Order shall be entered in three cases: Rodriguez-Morales v. Joseph et al. , 24-CV-8440 (MMH) (E.D.N.Y.), Rodriguez-Morales v. Commissioner of Social Security , 24-CV-8441 (MMH) (E.D.N.Y.), and Rodriguez-Morales v. Lopez et al. , 24-CV-8442 (MMH) (E.D.N.Y.). The Court respectfully directs the Clerk of Court to transfer these actions to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. See 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). That provision of Local Civil Rule 83.1, which requires a seven-day delay in the transfer of relevant case materials, is waived. This order closes these actions in this court. See attached .
