NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY: Gregory Neil Maxwell must address the following deficiency: (SEE ORDER FOR SPECIFICS.). Within 35 days of the date of this Order, Petitioner must either (1) WITHDRAW his motion, which the Court has recharacterized as his initial Section 2255 motion, or (2) AMEND the same, using the enclosed form, so that it contains all claims that Petitioner wants to raise with respect to his conviction and/or sentence in criminal case number No. 2:21-CR-096-Z-BR-1.
