TEXT ORDER denying Plaintiff's 1 Motion for Preliminary Injunction for failure to comply with the Local Rules for the Middle District of Florida. The request for a preliminary injunction does not include a precise and verified description of the conduct and persons subject to restraint, any explanation of amount or form of security, a supporting legal memorandum, or a proposed order, and does not establish the requirements of a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction as is required by the Local Rules. See M.D. Fla. Loc. R. 6.01, 6.02. Additionally, Plaintiff states that it is represented by "Michael Lee as undersigned counsel...." (Doc. 1 at 1). However, there is no indication that Mr. Lee is an attorney admitted to practice before this Court or elsewhere. Corporations, and other artificial entities, may appear in federal court only through licensed counsel. Rowland v. Cal. Men's Colony , 506 U.S. 194, 201-02 (1993); see also M.D. Fla. Loc.
