Defendant's motion for reconsideration is without merit. As explained in the court's order remanding this action, it is duplicative of Pankaj Merchia's action No. 24-12898 RGS Related [+]. On February 25, 2025, defendant Jagiwan Merchia filed a motion 16 seeking have this court allow electronic notifications, electronic filings, and a notice of appeal, conditional. To the extent defendant seeks to file an appeal, such appeal must be filed in a separate document. Because defendant provided his email address to the court, the defendant will continue to receive electronic notifications from the court, however, the court will not grant defendant leave to electronically file in this closed action.
