ELECTRONIC ORDER: Before the Court are the Parties' Certificate of Interested Persons/Disclosure Statements (the "Disclosure Statements"). Doc. No. 1-1 at 62-64; Doc. No. 6. As amended in 2022, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a)(2) "in an action in which jurisdiction is based on diversity" a party's disclosure statement must "name and identify the citizenship of every individual or entity whose citizenship is attributed to that party. Neither Party' Disclosure Statement identifies the citizenship of every individual or entity whose citizenship is attributed to them, as required by Rule 7.1(a)(2). See Doc. 1-1 at 62-64 and Doc No. 6. The Parties SHALL both amend their Disclosure Statements to name and identify the diversity citizenship of every individual or entity whose citizenship is attributed to each by January 21, 2025.
