ORDER SETTING HEARING re5 Motion to Remand: The Court GRANTS Plaintiff's6 Motion for Hearing and sets the matter for a hearing on 2/7/2025, at 12:00 PM, convening in Judge Rutherford's courtroom on the 13th Floor of the Earle Cabell Federal Building and Courthouse, 1100 Commerce St., Dallas, Texas before Magistrate Judge Rebecca Rutherford. Plaintiff and counsel for Experian and TMCC must attend the hearing in person. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the imposition of sanctions. See Fed. R. Civ.
