ELECTRONIC ORDER: Plaintiff filed her complaint (Doc. No. 1) on January 8, 2025. However, Plaintiff failed to also file her certificate of interested persons as required by this Court's local civil rule. L. Civ. R. 3.1; see also Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1. Accordingly, Plaintiff shall file the required document by January 16, 2025. Because Plaintiff invokes the Court's subject matter jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. §1332(a), Rule 7.1(a)(2) requires an additional disclosure statement. In all diversity matters, each party's disclosure statement must "name--and identify the citizenship of--every individual or entity whose citizenship is attributed to that party[.]" Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a)(2) (emphasis added). Plaintiff shall ensure that her certificate of interested persons includes the required disclosure statement of her State citizenship. (Ordered by Judge Ed Kinkeade on 1/9/2025) (chmb)
