TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiffs' Motion to waive the filing fee in conjunction with their Complaint. (ECF No.1 -3.) Plaintiffs are directed to file a complete long-form in forma pauperis (IFP) application so that the Court has the financial information needed to rule on Plaintiffs' request. As provided on the long-form IFP application, Plaintiffs may not leave any questions blank, but if more space is needed to address a question, Plaintiffs may "attach a separate sheet of paper identified with your name, your case's docket number, and the question number."
