ORDER. As described in the 1/13/2025 docket entry regarding the judicial assignment, the undersigned has been assigned to this action pursuant to a pilot program governed by Administrative Order No. 2023-23 (the "Administrative Order"), a link to which is provided in the same docket entry. Per the Administrative Order, the date by which the parties must choose to all consent to proceed before the undersigned, in which case the executed consent form, a copy of which is provided at2 , should be filed, or decline to consent and instead proceed before a District Judge, in which case no action on the part of the parties is required, is 2/12/2025, which is thirty days from the 1/13/2025 issuance of the notice of electronic filing in this action. Per 42 U.S.C. Sec. 405(g) and Rule 4 of the Supplemental Rules for Social Security Actions Under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 405(g), Defendant is to answer or otherwise respond to the complaint, as well as file a certified copy of the administrative transcript, on or before 3/14/2025.
