ELECTRONIC ORDER: Before the Court are Defendant CBV, Inc.'s Notice of Removal (the "Notice") (Doc. No. 1), Exhibits to Notice of Removal (the "Exhibits") (Doc. No. 1, Attachments 1-10), and Certificate of Interested Persons/Disclosure Statement (the "Certificate")(Doc. No. 2). Upon review of the Defendant's Notice and Exhibits, the Court finds the Plaintiffs' Petition references four attached exhibits. Doc. No. 1-1, at 3-7, ¶ ¶ 1-4 & 7-8. A defendant must file the entire state court record, upon removal, including exhibits to the original petition. See Local Civil Rule 81.1(a)(4). The Defendant has not filed these exhibits with this Court. Accordingly, the Defendant SHALL file any exhibits that attached to Plaintiff's Petition, that have not yet been filed with this Court, by January 22, 2025 . Separately, the Defendant's Certificate does not contain the diversity disclosures required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a)(2). As amended in 2022, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure require from every party, "in an action in which jurisdiction is based on diversity", a disclosure statement that "name[s] and identif[ies] the citizenship of every individual or entity whose citizenship is attributed to that party. "Fed. R. Civ. P. 7.1(a)(2). Defendant's Certificate fails to contain the required diversity disclosure. Doc. No. 2. Accordingly, the Defendant SHALL amend its Certificate to name and identify the diversity citizenship of every individual or entity whose citizenship is attributed to it by January 22, 2025. ORDER: This case was removed from State Court on January 13th, 2025. Plaintiff's counsel, Lane Haygood, is not admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Therefore, within 21 days from the date of this order, counsel for Plaintiff must either become admitted to practice in this District (See LR 83.7), or move the Court to be admitted Pro Hac Vice (See LR 83.9(b)). Further, Local Counsel in this Court is required, and therefore within 21 days from the date of this order, counsel for Plaintiff must also designate local counsel pursuant to Local Civil Rule 83.10(a). Local Counsel must also sign all documents submitted by Plaintiff in this case. Failure to comply with this order may result in sanctions.
