ORDER GRANTING EMERGENCY MOTION FOR APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER. Before the Court is Fannie Mae's Emergency Motion for Appointment of Receiver ("the Motion") filed against Defendant, Huntington Place Properties LLC. Dkt. No.3 . The Court, having considered the Motion and the arguments of counsel, finds that the relief requested therein should be granted. Upon making a cash deposit with the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas in lieu of receiver's bond in the amount of $500.00, together with filing the oath prescribed by law, Sal Thomas, is appointed receiver of the Property (the "Receiver").
