STIPULATION & ORDER: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the parties through their respective undersigned counsel, that Plaintiff shall not be subject to any penalties, fines, or other adverse actions for noncompliance with Local Law 3 of 2023 during the period the motion for a preliminary injunction is pending, or other further order of this Court. This stipulation is entered into without prejudice to any party's claims, defenses, or arguments in this action. IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that Defendants shall file their opposition to Plaintiff's motion for a Preliminary Injunction and any motion to dismiss on or before January 31, 2025. Plaintiff shall file his reply in further support of the motion for a Preliminary Injunction and his opposition to any motion to dismiss on or before February 14, 2025. Defendants shall file any reply in further support of their motion to dismiss on or before February 21, 2025. SO ORDERED. (Motions due by 1/31/2025. Replies due by 2/21/2025.
