IN CHAMBERS ORDER by Judge R. Gary Klausner: ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. It appears that the Court possesses only supplemental jurisdiction over the Unruh Act claim, and any other state law claim that plaintiff may have alleged, pursuant to the Court's supplemental jurisdiction. The Court therefore ordersplaintiff to show cause in writing why the Court should exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the Unruh Act claim and any other state law claim asserted in the Complaint. Plaintiff shall file a Response to this Order to Show Cause by no later than 12:00 PM on January 23, 2025. Failure to timely or adequately respond to this Order to Show Cause may, without further warning, result in the dismissal of the entire action without prejudice or the Court declining to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the Unruh Act and other state lawclaims, if any, and the dismissal of any such claims pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367(c).
