FINAL ORDER- This matter comes before the Court sua sponte. Karl Linard Malloy appeals the United States Bankruptcy Court's Order Modifying Subpoenas Duces Tecum and Protective Order. Accordingly, Mr. Malloy has not appealed from a final decision in a bankruptcy "case" or "proceeding." The Order Modifying Subpoenas Duces Tecum and Protective Order is an interlocutory ruling and cannot be immediately appealed as of right. For these reasons, the Court hereby DISMISSES this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. Mr. Malloy is ADMONISHED that he must follow the dictates of 28 U.S.C. § 158(a) when filing any appeal from the Bankruptcy Court. The Clerk is DIRECTED to close this case. Should Mr. Malloy wish to appeal this Order, he must file written notice of appeal withthe Clerk of Court within thirty (30) days of the date of entry.
