Findings and Recommendations on Case : The Court should DENY Emmett's letter motion to proceed in forma pauperis, received on February 12, 2025 (Dkt. No.4 ), and summarily DISMISS this action as barred by the "three-strikes" rule of 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g) unless Emmett pays the full $405 filing fee2 prior to acceptance of this recommendation, or before a deadline otherwise established by the Court.Further, the Court should BAR Emmett from filing future actions in forma pauperis in this or any other federal court, without first obtaining leave of Court. Any party who objects to any part of this report and recommendation must file specific written objections within 14 days after being served with a copy.
