Scarsi: ORDER RE: MOTION TO DISMISS ANDSTIPULATIONS23 ,25 ,28 .Defendants Johnson and Johnson Consumer, Inc., and Kenvue Inc. filed a motion to transfer this case to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and a motion to dismiss the case. (Mot. to Transfer, ECF No. 22; Mot. to Dismiss, ECF No. 23.) Thereafter, Defendants and Plaintiff Paige Vasseur stipulated for an order giving her an extension of time to respond to the motion to transfer, (1st Stip., ECF No. 25), and an order extending Plaintiff's deadline to file an amended complaint as a matter of course until 20 days after the Court resolves the motion to transfer, (2d Stip., ECF No. 28). The Court grants the stipulations in substantial part. Court extends Plaintiff's deadline to respond to the motion to transfer to November 18, 2024, and extends Defendant's deadline to file a reply to November 25, 2024. The Court on its own motion continues the hearing on the motion to transfer to December 9, 2024, at 9:00 AM22 . The Court suspends Plaintiff's deadline to file an amended complaint as of right and, given the anticipated amendment, denies Defendants' motion to dismiss without prejudice to renewal and suspends their deadline to respond to the complaint. The Court will reset these deadlines, if appropriate, upon resolving the motion to transfer. (lc)
