Order

ENDORSED ORDER: Upon further review of the complaint, although Plaintiff lists only Nona C. Chubboy, Melissa F. Williams, Judge Pamela Campbell, and Judge Shawn Crane as defendants in the "complaint and request for injunction" filing, see (Doc. 1-1 at p. 2), he lists more judges and individuals as defendants as part of his "attachment A", see (Doc. 1-1 at p. 9-11). For the reasons discussed in the Court's prior Order (Doc. 2), Judges Daniel H. Sleet, Patricia J. Kelly, Craig C. Villanti, and J. Andrew "Drew" Atkinson are entitled to absolute judicial immunity. Furthermore, the Court lacks jurisdiction over Plaintiff's claims against the associated individuals due to the Anti-Injunction Act, the Rooker-Feldman Doctrine, and the Younger abstention doctrine. This case remains closed. Signed by Judge Thomas P. Barber on 3/19/2025. (ANL) |
