ELECTRONIC ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff's Original Complaint (Doc. No. 1). Plaintiff is directed to Local Civil Rule 3.1(c) which requires a Plaintiff file with its Complaint a "separately signed disclosure certificate of interested persons" which is "a complete list of all persons, associations of persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, guarantors, insurers, affiliates, parent or subsidiary corporations, or other legal entities that are financially interested in the outcome of the case." Here the Plaintiff's Rule 7.1 Disclosure Statement (Doc. No. 3) does not contain the information required by L. Civ. R. 3.1(c).
