ORDER. The Court refers this case to the Honorable Magistrate Judge John R. Parker for pretrial management pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(A). All dispositive motions or any other motions that Judge Parker cannot resolve are referred to Judge Parker for a hearing, if necessary, and a report and recommendation. All nondispositive matters, including procedural matters and discovery disputes, are referred to Judge Parker for resolution. The Magistrate Judge is to notify the Court when the case is ready for a trial setting. Unless terminated earlier by the District Judge, the referral for pretrial management shall terminate upon the completion of pretrial management as shown by the notice issued by the Magistrate Judge that returns the case to the District Judge.
