NOTICE OF INITIAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE: An initial pretrial conference is scheduled for April 16, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. This conference will be held telephonically. The parties should call into the Court's dedicated conference line at (855) 244-8681, and enter Access Code 2318-315-0661, followed by the pound(#) key. Counsel for the removing defendant(s) are directed to serve a copy of this Order on each other party within 14 days following the date of this order; a copy of this Order must also be served with any subsequent process that brings in additional parties, and proof of such service must be filed promptly with the Court. Counsel for the removing defendant(s) are further directed to serve on all other parties and submit to the Court on March 26, 2025 a letter providing the following information as further set forth in this Order. Counsel are further directed to prepare a Civil Case Management Plan and Scheduling Order in accordance with the Court's Individual Rules, to be submitted to the Court no later than April 11, 2025. No later than April 11, 2025, counsel are further directed to submit to the Court a joint letter, not to exceed three single-spaced pages in length, addressing the following topics in separate paragraphs as further set forth in this Order.
