ORDER: For the above reasons: 1. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to send Petitioner a form motion to proceed in forma pauperis, a form inmate trust account certificate, and a copy of his Section 2254 petition documents [Docs. 1, 1-1]; 2. Within thirty (30) days from the date of entry of this Order, Petitioner MUST : a. Pay the $5.00 filing fee or submit the necessary documents to proceed in forma pauperis; b. Return a personally-signed copy of his Section 2254 Petition documents [Docs. 1, 1-1]; and c. Show good cause as to why the Court should not dismiss this action due to his failure to exhaust his state court remedies before filing; 3. If Petitioner fails to timely and fully comply with this Order, the Court will (1) order the Clerk to STRIKE his motion to proceed in forma pauperis [Doc. 2] and Section 2254 Petition documents [Docs. 1, 1-1] in accordance with Rule 11(a) and (2) order this case dismissed for want of prosecution without further notice.
