ORDER SCHEDULING AN INITIAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE: It is hereby, ORDERED as follows: Counsel receiving this order shall contact all counsel of record ( or where a party is not yet represented, such party) and, if necessary, provide them with a copy of this order.
