Sam Houston National Cemetery so that he may be buried in the Sedita family plot at Oakwood Cemetery in Penfield, New York. Under 38 U.S.C. § 38.621(b)(1)(ii), disinterment requests must include notarized statements of consent by all living immediate family members of the decedent.
