Having reviewed the Motion and the applicable law, the Court will GRANT in part and DENY in part Plaintiff's Motion. The Court believes that good cause exists to stay this case pending the potential MDL transfer of this case. Therefore, the Court grants a thirty-day stay. However, the Court is reluctant to reconsolidate this case, in the event that it remains on the undersigned's docket. Therefore, for the reasons previously stated, the Court denies Plaintiff's request to reconsolidate this matter.
