The Court was scheduled to hold a hearing on Plaintiff's motion for a temporary restraining order (ECF No.3 ) on April 16, 2025. Ryan T. Neumeyer appeared on behalf of Plaintiff EastPoint Prosthetics and Orthotics, Inc., for which Brent Wright and Paul Sugg appeared as party representatives. Cary M. Snyder appeared on behalf of Defendants Jacqueline P. Bailey, Samuel Blaising, Matthew W. DeLay, Carol Albrecht, and Taylor King, all of whom also appeared, and Defendant Midwestern Mobility, LLC, for which the individual Defendants appeared as party representatives. Before the hearing, counsel and their clients entered into discussions and reached an interim agreement governing their relationship for the next 30 days or so. The parties will submit that agreement and provide an update regarding next steps to the Court shortly. The Court will schedule a status conference with counsel to determine the course of subsequent proceedings. Time: 5 hours. (Y,A) |
