Order on Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis

ORDER: 1) Pla's3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. 2) Court WAIVES the $55.00 administrative fee that would otherwise apply. 3) Clerk is DIRECTED to open an account in Pla's name for receipt of the filing fee. Clerk shall complete a Notice of Payment Form and send the Notice and a copy of this Order to the warden of the institution in which Hightower is presently confined. 4) The initial partial filing fee required by 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(1)(A), and payment of such fee is DEFERRED. 5) Hightower's custodian SHALL send to the Clerk a payment each month from Hightower's inmate trust fund account, but only if the account balance exceeds $10.00. The payment should equal 20% of the amount deposited into Hightower's account during the preceding month. The custodian shall continue the monthly payments until the entire $350.00 filing fee is paid. 6) This matter stands submitted for initial screening.
