MINUTE ORDER. In accordance with the oral rulings issued by the Court at the scheduling conference held on April 14, 2025, and in light of the forthcoming Order to be issued by the Court, the Court has determined that an immediate Order is warranted to maintain the status quo until the conclusion of a further hearing scheduled for April 16, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the2 plaintiff's motion for a temporary restraining order is GRANTED until the conclusion of a further hearing scheduled for April 16, 2025.
