ORDER DENYING TRO AND DIRECTING FURTHER PROCEEDINGS - Plaintiffs have filed a motion for a temporary restraining order that would require Defendants to immediately set aside the termination of their lawful student status. Dkt. 3. The Court finds that Plaintiffs have not made the showing necessary for the Court to grant such immediate, extraordinary relief, so the motion for a temporary restraining order is DENIED. If Plaintiffs residing outside this district do not voluntarily dismiss their claims, they shall show cause by April 23, 2025 why the Court should not dismiss them without prejudice under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 21.
