STIPULATION AND ORDER: It is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the parties, through their undersigned counsel, that: (i) Domains by Proxy, LLC shall respond forthwith to the outstanding subpoena of plaintiff by sending its responsive documents by PDF to plaintiffs counsel at the e-mail address wd@dunnegan.com; (ii) Pending the Court's resolution of defendant Stoopidhousewives.com's application for a protective order to proceed anonymously, or other relief as the Court deems appropriate, plaintiffs counsel shall treat the information Domains by Proxy, LLC provides in response to the subpoena on an "attorneys' eyes only" basis, and not disclose it to any person outside its Law firm, until the Court orders otherwise; and (iii) Defendant's counsel of record shall accept service of process on behalf of defendant effective upon the signing of this stipulation and order, without prejudice to defendant's right to assert jurisdictional defenses, including lack of personal jurisdiction, improper venue, and forum non conveniens, other than inadequacy of service of process.
