FINAL DEFAULT JUDGMENT that pursuant to this Court's Order, filed November 03, 2017, that a Final Default Judgment for Exoneration from Liability be and the same is hereby entered in favor Petitioners, Sea Star Line, LLC d/b/a/ TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico, as Owner, and TOTE Services, Inc., as Owner pro hac vice of the S.S. "EL FARO," against all persons, corporations, and entities who did not file either an answer or a claim in this action and all claims not resolved in this action. It is further ordered and adjudged that a Judgment for Exoneration from Liability be and the same is hereby entered in favor of Petitioner, Sea Star Line, LLC d/b/a/ TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico, as Owner and TOTE Services, Inc., as Owner pro hac vice of the S.S. "EL FARO," exonerating them from any liability to all persons, corporations or entities who did not file either an answer or a claim and all claims not resolved in this action arising from the incident on or about October 1, 2015 as more particularly described in the Complaint for Exoneration from or Limitation of Liability. It is further ordered and adjudged that those persons, corporations, and entities who did not file a claim or answer in the action and all claims not resolved in this action, shall recover nothing from the Petitioners.
